Here is a short profile of the Legal Assistants.
Rose W. Macharia
Wachuka is an LL.B graduate from Moi University and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She has completed the bar course at the Kenya School of Law and will be admitted to the bar later this month. She is holding over at firm and has attained vast experience in general litigation and arbitration, constitutional law, employment and labour law, banking and finance, Intellectual property, Insurance, Environmental and Land Law.
Linda N. Wanjala
Linda is an LL.B graduate of Moi University, 2009. She attended the Kenya School of Law and completed her bar course in June this year. She now awaits admission to the bar later this month. Her areas of practice are; civil and commercial litigation, conveyancing & real estate law, company law, white collar crime and anti-corruption law matters, intellectual property law, probate and administration, constitutional and administrative law. She also conducts legal research, writing and editorial work.
Stephen M. Githinji
Githinji is an LL.B graduate from Catholic University of Eastern Africa. He completed the bar course at the Kenya School of Law and awaits admission in a month’s time. He undertook his articles of pupilage with the firm and gained experience in the areas of; Civil Litigation, Judicial Review & Constitutional Law matters, Property Law and Conveyancing and general legal research. He also has an interest in Alternative Dispute Resolution & Arbitration.
