Nancy Njeri Ndegwa
Nancy is a masters LLM International Commercial Law postgraduate from the University of Nottingham (United Kingdom) and a LLB Law with Human Resource Management graduate from the University of Keele (United Kingdom). She has completed the bar course at the Kenya School of Law and awaits admission later this year. She is undertaking her articles of pupilage with the firm and her areas of practice include: Civil and Commercial Litigation, Conveyancing, Arbitration and Company Law. Her areas of interest also include Intellectual Property, Banks, Consumers and Regulation.
One of her many hobbies include swimming and reading African literature, such as the likes of Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, author of Half of a Yellow sun.
Caroline Wanjiku
Caroline is an LL.B graduate from Catholic University of Eastern Africa and an associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators . She has completed the bar course at the Kenya School of Law and awaits admission later this year. She is undertaking her articles of pupilage with the firm and her areas of practice include: Civil and Commercial litigation , Alternative Dispute Resolution and Arbitration, Probate and Administration (Law of Succession), Intellectual Property, Conveyancing law and undertaking legal research.
She is currently undertaking the Certified Public Secretary (CPS) course.
Francis K. Mahia
Mahia is an LL.B graduate from Catholic University of Eastern Africa. He has completed the bar course at the Kenya School of Law and awaits admission later this year. He is undertaking his articles of pupillage with the firm and his areas of practice include: general litigation, arbitration, property law, mergers and acquisitions, constitutional law, banking and finance, Intellectual property and Insurance law.
He is also currently undertaking an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management at the Institute of Human Resource Management in Nairobi.
In his spare time, Mr. Mahia enjoys writing, reading, watching psychological, historical or political thrillers and a good game of chess. He is also a keen supporter of Manchester United Football Club.
Felister H. Munyua
Felister is a graduate from the University of Nairobi, 2010. She attended the Kenya School of Law and sat the Bar examinations in 2011. She is now undertaking her pupilage with the firm while awaiting admission to the Bar later this year. She is also undertaking Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and is currently in part 3.
Her areas of practice include: Commercial law, Property and Conveyancing law, General litigation and Arbitration. She also undertakes legal research.
