Administrative Staff

Consists of a professional, experienced and dedicated team as follows:
1. Administrative Assistant
Esther Mutune is the Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner and has been with the firm since 1988.
She holds a Diploma in Legal Secretarial and has considerable experience in handling the Senior Partner’s desk & itinerary, client reception, filing & diarizing, and general secretarial work.

2. Front Office, Client Care & Security
Comprises of Janet Mbugua, Milka Njeri and Lucas Mandu. Janet and Milka are professional receptionists who deal with the front desk, client care and general secretarial work. They hold Diplomas in Secretarial work and have had considerable experience of over Five years. Lucas is government trained and deals with all security issues in the firm.

3. Registry & Document Processing
Jacob Kamweti,William Odhiambo and Anthony Mathenge man this department. Jacob Kamweti is in charge of the firm’s registry and document filing generally. William Odhiambo deals with the daily dispatch and postage of the firm’s correspondence while Anthony Mathenge oversees the transport department.
