Ngaca is a Partner and Deputy Head of the Commercial Litigation Department. He has been with the firm since 2005 and has considerable experience in the areas including:- tax law, bank litigation, realization of securities, insurance claims, building & construction claims, defamation, and various other forms of civil claims.

He has a passion for commercial litigation and practices at all court levels and in alternative dispute resolution tribunals including arbitration.
