Partner
Mary is Partner and head of the Commercial, Securities and Real Estate Department. She underwent practical legal training with the firm and is a skilled draft’s person in conveyancing and securitization documents to wit various forms of agreements, charges, mortgages, debentures, acquisition among many others. Her work encompasses advising and drafting documentation for other various commercial related transactions including, among others:- contract negotiation and drafting, assisting and providing strategic legal and commercial advice to both local and foreign corporate clients in their establishment, documentation and regulatory compliance in Kenya. She has taken a keen interest in other alternative modes of dispute resolution, particularly arbitration.
She also has a good grip of matters to do with Intellectual Property Law and the Law of Succession.
