Munyalo is the senior partner and heads the General Litigation Department. He has over 12 years post qualification experience in general commercial litigation and a number of insurance companies that we work for are included in his office portfolio.

He has significant experience in all aspects of civil litigation including; tort, employment and labour disputes, landlord and tenant disputes and public procurement.

He is a capable litigation counsel and arbitrator and has also adroitly dealt with insurance claims, tax law related matters and contract negotiations. He is conversant with drafting and registration of bank documents, patents, trademarks and copyright.
