Tedd is a Partner and Deputy Head of the Commercial, Securities and Real Estate Department. He underwent his practical legal training with the firm and is proficient in commercial law and is a skilled draftsperson in conveyancing and securitization documents. Tedd has a good grip of commercial related transactions viz; advisory, negotiation and correlated litigation. He is also adept at commercial litigation and arbitration.

Moya also has considerable experience in other aspects of civil litigation and is adroit in Commercial Litigation  as well as employment and labour dispute resolution, public procurement, Information, communication & Technology (ICT) law and children matters.
